Job Objective To ensure our customers are serviced in a knowledgeable, professional, positive and efficient manner. Maintain a premium store presentation, assist customers with transactions, and adhere to company policies and procedures within the store.

Primary Responsibilities Professional customer service including active sales of all KJUS products

Ensure the store meets company standards for merchandising, visual presentation, housekeeping and loss prevention

Organize and monitor inventory, restock sold items, support ordering for special orders, and assist with ecommerce order processing

Connect with customers in a knowledgeable, genuine, and helpful manner

Assist with scheduling, re-order processes, and reporting sales information

Proactively cover staffing absences

Handle point of sale, returns, exchanges, and daily opening/closing of POS

Assist with merchandising to create a premium store presentation

Maintain extensive product knowledge

Assist in planning and hosting in-store events and promotions

Support goods handling: receiving, labeling, merchandising, and informing clients about delivery of ordered goods

Restock sold items and support orders for special requests

Assist with E-commerce order processing

Maintain a clean point of sale area, including floors, changing rooms, mirrors, and displays

Ability to work weekends and night shifts

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service

Fluent English communication

Moderate computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)

Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills

Compensation Pay Range: $59,040.00 - $73,800.00
