Kitchen Staff – Lil' Ricci's

Position Overview Lil' Ricci's Kitchen Staff Members play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality food while ensuring safety, sanitation, and picture-perfect presentation. This fast-paced role requires teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items per Lil' Ricci's recipes and standards Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization Communicate effectively with team members and management Support kitchen setup, breakdown, and daily tasks

Qualifications: Knowledge of safe food handling practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Attention to detail and time management skills Basic knife handling and math skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation: $16.00 – $21.50 per hour, depending on experience, training, and skills.
