As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the team and ensuring adherence to company standards. Coordinating product preparation and delivery. Building positive customer relations. High School Diploma or GED preferred. 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food or retail environment is preferred. Able to pass a drug screen and background check. This role does involve some physical demands, including: Lifting up to 25 lbs. and carrying loads up to 30 feet. Pushing/pulling up to 90 lbs. and carrying up to 30 feet.
