Bonus Program: As an Assistant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a bonus program paid out periodically based on restaurant performance. A Day in the Life Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with KFC standards and policies. Lead and support a team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
