Bonus Program: As an Assistant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a bonus program paid out periodically based on restaurant performance.
A Day in the Life
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with KFC standards and policies.
Lead and support a team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Manage inventory, food safety protocols, and customer concerns.
Oversee financial aspects like cash management and expenses.
Collaborate with the General Manager on growth strategies and brand image maintenance.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly during shifts; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, location, and other factors, and will be discussed during hiring. Expected starting pay ranges are:
All locations: $12.00 to $22.00/hour
Maryland: $16.00 to $19.00/hour
New York: $16.00 to $19.00/hour
New York City: $18.00 to $20.00/hour
Cincinnati, OH: $15.00 to $17.00/hour
Toledo, OH: $15.00 to $17.00/hour
