Become a product knowledge expert, capable of selling and marketing a wide range of apparel, including private labels and tailored clothing. Help build a customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training on sales techniques and operational procedures. ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT? High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus but not necessary). Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complaints effectively.
