Job Summary Are you passionate about fashion and ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic retail environment? We are looking for a responsible and motivated Key Holder to join our team! As a Key Holder, you’ll not only assist customers and ensure an exceptional shopping experience but also take on additional responsibilities like opening/closing the store and supporting daily operations. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to lead by example, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude. Process transactions accurately (cash, credit, and debit payments) and issue receipts. Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and ensure smooth daily operations. Provide product information and help customers locate specific items. Assist with restocking, arranging displays, and light merchandising as needed. Opening and/or closing the store. Ensuring proper key control. Leading floor operations during assigned shifts. Supporting sales team leadership and assisting with store procedures. Performing cash handling duties and end-of-day register reconciliation

What We’re Looking For Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. 1+ year of retail or customer service experience. Proven ability with cash handling and end-of-day register reconciliation. Previous key holder or supervisory experience in a retail setting strongly preferred. Ability to lead floor operations during assigned shifts, support team members, and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures. Strong basic math skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and teammates. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand for extended periods, land handle occasional stock movement.
