What Were Looking For : At least 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning (NFPA 96 compliance knowledge, or IKECA certification is a plus) Strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right Desire to grow beyond just another job Willingness to relocate to Fargo for training in our processes and procedures Ability to learn and follow our detailed systems and customer standards Oversee daily Scheduling operations in your assigned area Train, supervise, and support your own Tech Teams Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met Perform hands-on hood cleaning as needed Communicate with clients and report to senior management, and upper office staff Willingness to work nights and days Ability to lead by example and build a high-performing team Valid drivers license and ability to travel for training Experience in commercial cleaning or leadership is a plus but not required If you're ready to step up , get dirty , and own your success , apply today.
