Crew, Shift Leaders, Managers & Managers in Training (MIT)
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Pay & Growth Path:

• Crew Member: $13/hr + tips (avg. $15/hr)

• Shift Leader: $13–$14/hr + tips (avg. $15–$16/hr)

• Manager in Training (MIT): $13–$16/hr + tips (avg. $15–$18/hr)

• Lead & Store Operators: Up to $74,000/year + bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare fresh subs and catering orders

• Deliver excellent customer service

• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming

• Lead, coach, and develop your team (leadership roles)

• Learn all aspects of operations through our MIT program

Requirements:

• Positive, energetic, and reliable

• Open availability (including weekends for leadership roles)

• 18+ to qualify for Shift Leader & above (slicer use)
