Provide gracious, full-service hospitality to all guestswhether seated at the bar or in the loungethrough confident engagement and timely service. Maintain complete fluency in all food and beverage offerings Guide guests through the menu, making recommendations based on flavor profiles and preferences, with the ability to upsell. Ensure the bar and service areas remain clean, stocked, and visually polished Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent and elevated level of service throughout all areas of the Lobby Bar. Cross promote other GHG F&B Outlets Offer full-service hospitality, including making reservations at GHG outlets and personally escorting guests to the venue Maintain a clean, pressed uniform in strict accordance with the Lobby Bar dress code; proper attire is mandatory.
