Overview: A well-known fashion brand is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to support their accounting department. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting experience—preferably in apparel—looking for flexible part-time hours.

Schedule: 2 days per week (16 hrs/wk) Start: ASAP Duration: ongoing Pay range: $24-28/hr Responsibilities: Review and process AP invoices (email, mail, vendor portals)

Perform accurate data entry and coding

Respond to internal and vendor AP inquiries

Set up vendors in Dynamics 365 and BlueCherry

Prepare and mail AP checks

Maintain vendor files and assist with general accounting duties

Qualifications: 1–3 years of AP/accounting experience (apparel industry preferred)

Strong knowledge of GAAP

Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word

Experience with BlueCherry is a plus

Strong communication, accuracy, and follow-through
