Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills Clean and maintain common areas, such as lobbies and hallways Operate buffing machines to maintain floor surfaces Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required Inspect property regularly to identify areas needing attention or additional cleaning. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Serve as a porter, ensuring the cleanliness of the building Ensure all equipment is in good working condition to avoid disruptions in cleaning operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work - Preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation Ability to handle complaints or requests in a professional and courteous manner Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Additional Information
