We're looking for a Team Lead who can guide our Service Desk team with clarity, accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to balance client satisfaction with operational efficiency-and who's ready to lead by example.
What You'll Be Responsible For Overseeing daily service desk operations and ensuring timely, high-quality client support. Monitoring team performance against SLAs and KPIs, and using data to drive decisions. Coaching and mentoring team members to foster growth, accountability, and collaboration. Serving as a key escalation point for client issues and ensuring resolution aligns with business goals. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices. Requirements
What We're Looking For Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset. Proven ability to lead, engage, and develop team members. Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Experience with service desk systems and performance metrics is a plus.
Ideal Candidates May Also Have
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Familiarity with IT support environments and customer service best practices.
• Exposure to process improvement initiatives or project coordination.
