Investor Relations Associate Direct Retail Fundraising Location: Remote (US-Based) Team: Capital Raising / Investor Relations Role Overview Were looking for an Investor Relations Associate with proven experience raising capital directly from retail investors, especially via cold advertising funnels (e.g., paid social, YouTube pre-roll, native ads). This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing, sales, and capital formation. You will own the full-cycle investor journeyqualifying, educating, nurturing, and converting prospects. Youll be backed by strong marketing and technology infrastructure and collaborate closely with partners to close high-intent leads. What You'll Do Lead direct response follow-up: Convert cold ad leads into active prospects through structured calls, email sequences, and investor education. Qualify prospects: Confirm accreditation, liquidity, timeline, and strategic fit. Guide the investor journey: From first interaction to document signing, providing white-glove support. Educate with credibility: Explain the company's investment thesis, structure, risk profile, and target returns clearly and compliantly. Collaborate with leadership: Bring in senior partners when needed to help close larger or more complex prospects. Track pipeline activity: Use CRM tools to manage funnel performance and report on conversion metrics. Hit performance targets: Meet weekly and monthly benchmarks for contact, engagement, movement, and capital raised. Who You Are Must haveĀ 2-5 years of sales experience in capital raising, investor relations, or financial sales with direct experience converting leads from cold traffic (ads, webinars, landing pages). Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without requiring sponsorship. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or ActiveCampaign. Excellent communicator, confident, empathetic, and credible with high-net-worth individuals. Comfortable navigating investor objections and managing compliance-sensitive conversations. Strong closer who thrives in fast-moving, remote-first teams with minimal hand-holding. Bonus: Experience with self-directed IRAs, non-US accredited investors, or Reg D 506(c) offerings.
