This position requires someone who sees opportunities for improvement and takes an ???owner??? mindset to bring these improvements to fruition! Responsibilities include: Demand planning using historical data and sales forecasts to ensure timely ordering and stocking. General inventory control, including inventory alignment between warehouses, supply coordination, stock transfers, production tasks. Requires management of serialized inventory. Inventory health management - turnover analysis, ABC analysis, cycle counting, aging/expiration, and twice-yearly physical inventory. Process documentation, compliance, improvement, and monitoring to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Reporting and analysis of data from demand planning software, ERP/WMS systems, and other platforms. Coordination with third-party warehouse staff to support scaling and improve internal efficiencies. Management of inventory and inventory processes at third party repair centers Root cause analysis (5 Whys / 8D / other methodology) to close gaps and continuously improve when issues are identified. Physically receive, count, and stock spare parts and finished goods in the Boston warehouse. Record all transactions accurately and timely in SAP, SFDC, and other internal tools. Compliance with all internal and external SLAs and targets.
