Universal Windows Direct - Retail Field Marketer

As an Event Field Marketer, you will be responsible for lead generation of potential customers with the end resulting in a free in-home estimate presented by our sales professionals. Hourly Base Pay: $18 - $20/HR base and up to $30/HR+ with commission Responsibilities

Engage potential customers and schedule in-home consultations with UWD Sales Representatives Engaging with homeowners in retail locations set to an assigned geographical area. Follow process entering worked time into our time management system Properly represent the Universal Windows, The Bath Authority and Great Day Improvement brands Support Corporate Marketing functions where necessary Qualifications

Experience in field and events marketing or outside sales Prior experience in construction industry and/or lead generation industries preferred Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends UWD is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer #INDUWDM
