As a wmA Insurance Product Expert , you will collaborate with one of our largest insurance clients to support their digital transformation initiatives. You will be instrumental in gathering requirements, designing solutions, managing development, testing, and supporting system upgrades, migrations, and conversions. This role involves leveraging your expertise in life insurance, process improvement, and best practices to deliver scalable, robust solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for the client, understanding their needs, and driving successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements for life insurance products, particularly Universal Life and Traditional Life products. Lead discussions with clients to explore and document potential solutions. Provide expertise in Vantage/WmA (Wealth Management Accelerator) , ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives. Develop and document conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates. Create test scenarios, develop test plans, and analyze testing results to ensure system design meets client requirements. Provide input on system modifications and enhancements to meet client needs. Coordinate business analyst tasks on IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Participate in technical reviews and inspections to ensure project requirements are implemented effectively. Required Skills and Experience 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the life insurance domain (Universal Life and Traditional Life products). Proven experience with system migration, integration, and insurance domain transformation projects. Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives. Strong experience with Vantage/WmA (Wealth Management Accelerator) is mandatory. TRAD product experience, Product Wizard / AVM. Experience building out a plan from scratch with PW tables. Experience with AVM or OSI anacilliary to wmA or use cases. Familiar with the Conversion approach. Knowledge of mainframe technologies is a plus. Familiarity with indexed product knowledge, system migrations, and integrations is an advantage. Proficient in planning, designing, and recommending business processes for operational improvements. Familiar Experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2 or other relational databases, Microfocus development environments. Experience in converting and/or working on Life & Annuity policy administration systems. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement. Strong understanding of the intersection between information technology and functional business units. Additional Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Willingness to travel as required. Work Environment This position is currently considered remote; however, the selected candidate may be required to report to the nearest DXC office in the future, based on business needs. The candidate should be willing to overlap with the India time-zone for critical business activities and work additional hours (including weekends) to support key go-live activities. #LI-LV1
