Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads via phone, email, social media, networking, and walk-ins

Build lasting relationships with clients by assessing insurance needs and offering tailored solutions


Cross-sell and upsell various lines: Home, Auto, Life, Business, and more


Collaborate with our District Office for sales training, one-on-one coaching, and weekly check-ins


Meet and exceed performance targets and sales goals


Participate in local marketing events and community outreach


Maintain industry knowledge and adhere to compliance standards (HIPAA, etc.)


Requirements

P&C and/or Life & Health Insurance License (preferred or willing to obtain)


Reliable transportation


Willing to commute or relocate to Albuquerque, NM
