This in-person position is full time. Looking for an experienced customer service professional. Accident & Health and/or Property & Casualty licensed preferred but not necessary to start. Must be extremely detail oriented with incredible attention to detail. This is a very fast-paced environment where you have to be able to juggle many things at once. Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and help walk-ins
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Handle billing issues.
  • Assist insureds with any questions they have.
  • Issue certificates of insurance.
  • Maintain policy calendars

Requirements
  • Insurance licenses a plus but not necessary to start
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player
  • Excellent computer, verbal, and written communications skills.
