The Licensed P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance CSR (Customer Service Representative) plays a key role in servicing existing clients, assisting with high volume phone requests and walk in service needs, generating new business, and providing reliable support to ensure client satisfaction and policy retention. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Process customer policy change requests. Assist call ins and walk ins with various policy requests. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Document each customer contact in eAgent. Take premium payments from customers. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Return all phone messages promptly. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Generating insurance quotes. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Develop and maintain client relationships. Work independently and as part of a team. Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up. Handle customer renewals.
Requirement P&C Insurance License: Required to legally discuss and service property and casualty insurance products. (No license at time of hire is ok but will be required within 60 days) High School Diploma or GED. Experience: 1-3 years in insurance or customer service. Strong communication (written and verbal) Attention to detail Time management and multitasking Problem-solving ability Empathy and patience
