What You'll Do:


  • Proactively generate new business by identifying and following up on sales leads
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide quotes to close sales with new and existing clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Educate clients on insurance options and recommend coverage to meet their needs
  • Handle policy changes, claims assistance, and service requests
  • Collaborate with a high-energy team thats focused on success and driven by results
What Were Looking For:


  • Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or related fields preferred
  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for sales and building client relationships
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a goal-driven environment
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance (or willing to obtain)
