Our company is looking for an Information Technology (IT) Lead to join DeVine in a full time capacity. This position will be supporting a government customer, hence only US Citizens may be considered.
DeVine's client supports military and federal civilian employees worldwide. Language instruction is the core mission. Classrooms are dispsersed nationally and internationally. Multiple IT networks at the classified and unclassifed level need expertise from the team.
The client requires a full range of IT support and system engineering services including: hardware and software, infrastructure (including network support and data center) maintenance, operation, and Cybersecurity for various networks including secret level networks

Role highlights:
Provide the highest level of support to end users by handling service requests that have been escalated by lower tiers
Develop solutions for complex network, desktop, and server problems
Analyze existing systems and make proactive recommendations for improvements Develop, maintain, and implement all systems, applications, and networking configurations
Requirements:
BA/BS or higher from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience; or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years’ experience
At least one of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) certifications
CE/OS Certification
PMI Certification
Windows or Apple Certified Technician requirement
Advanced knowledge of current Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, and other server applications
Advanced knowledge of computer and server hardware
Familiarity with network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Ivanti Management Suite, Microsoft SCCM, or Jamf Pro
Professional customer service skills
Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively and efficiently
Current Secret Clearance preferred

Position Type: Full-time, Must be U.S. Citizen

Compensation: $105K to 137K per year salary range DOE and skills
