This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Stripe’s solutions for these industries by developing and executing tailored marketing strategies that meet user needs and drive growth. Responsibilities: Develop and execute industry-focused marketing strategies aligned with Stripe’s objectives.

Collaborate with Sales teams to improve lead generation and conversion for top target accounts.

Analyze the B2B buying process to create targeted campaigns for key personas and buying groups.

Build and nurture communities within Retail and Media to enhance brand loyalty and customer retention.

Identify and engage with third-party industry events and communities to promote Stripe’s offerings.

Support first-party Stripe events and create new in-market activations to reach key prospects.

Partner with demand generation and partner marketing teams to scale proven models.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform GTM strategies.

Develop metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize performance.

Serve as the internal industry expert, providing insights on trends, challenges, and competitors.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise settings and the Retail or Media sectors.

Strong understanding of the B2B buying process and enterprise sales cycle.

Proven success in building and engaging B2B personas and communities.

Demonstrated ability to execute effective marketing strategies in relevant verticals.

Established network within Retail and Media industries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder influence.

Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
