The Light Industrial Retail Associate

Monday – Friday starting at 6 am - 230. Pay is $14.50 per hour. We are searching for a Light Industrial Retail Associate who will be responsible for multiple tasks including: handling and preparing products for sale, maintaining stock levels, and assisting customers in our retail space. In this position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment.

Responsibilities

Ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Prepare products for sale, by labeling, packaging, and assembling smaller components according to specifications. Operate light-duty production machines or equipment as trained and needed for processing and packaging. Perform basic quality checks and report any defects or inconsistencies in products. Maintain organized/ accurate inventory records, assist with stock counts as needed, and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25-50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
