Duties and Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting operations to diagnose the condition of facilities, equipment and machinery and takes necessary action to affect repairs and/or adjustments Make set ups and adjustments on production equipment Perform a wide variety of maintenance, testing, inspection and repair functions Safe repair of equipment and ensuring that operating equipment will not injure employees or damage equipment Entering in hours in a CMMS system every day and signing out inventory to work orders Use a Voltmeter to understand AC-DC voltage, current, and resistance Change motors and read wiring diagrams Align motor couplings sprockets and pulleys Change drive chains and adjust use chain breaks and different chain links etc. Test Fuses Read electrical and mechanical prints blueprints
