Key Responsibilities: Adhere strictly to all safety policies and use personal protective equipment (PPE) without exception. Set up machine controls and perform changeovers for production needs efficiently. Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment. Repair mechanical components and replace parts such as bearings, filters, wiring, and valves as necessary. Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical devices to identify and resolve issues. Dismantle devices to replace defective parts and reassemble them effectively. Inspect equipment to ensure optimal functioning by checking for dimensional changes in used parts. Perform lubrication and cleaning to maintain machinery and uphold housekeeping standards. Track and document changeover times and work orders methodically. Ensure all duties are performed while maintaining safety and minimizing downtime. Follow the Lockout/Tagout procedures and uphold 5S standards for a safe work environment. Take on additional related tasks as required. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is required. 3-5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as schematics, manuals, and blueprints. Proficiency in using precision measuring tools like electrical meters and hydraulic gauges. Basic understanding of systems and equipment schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations. Good troubleshooting abilities with basic math skills. Professional demeanor demonstrating responsibility and commitment to assigned duties. Electrical experience is a plus.
