Job Summary: The Industrial Maintenance Technician will independently handle emergency repairs and perform preventive or routine maintenance on production and facility equipment of varying complexity. Your expertise will support our overall operational goals. Basic Qualifications: A minimum of a High School diploma or GED/HiSET required. At least 4 years of relevant experience. Strong mechanical and electrical skills. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics. Basic written and verbal communication skills. Ability to diagnose and perform complex repairs on equipment. General knowledge of various trades within the industrial environment. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency. Highly motivated and able to work independently. Strong ability to learn and perform work safely and productively. Reliability and good attendance are crucial. Willingness to work mandatory overtime or be on emergency call when required. Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently. Continuous standing, frequent walking and stooping, and occasional crouching and reaching required. Good visual acuity and manual dexterity needed. Compliance with safety regulations including wearing hearing protection and safety shoes. Schedule: Saturday - Monday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM - 36 hours per week. Overtime is paid at time and a half after 36 hours per week. Extra shift incentives are provided for day shifts.
