Guide your team in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machines and equipment. Conduct daily maintenance functions as needed. Facilitate work schedules based on realistic performance estimates. Approve overtime labor and prioritize work orders. Organize and conduct team meetings effectively. Create action plans and timelines to resolve challenges. Establish a recognition plan for team and individual achievements. Assist in developing and implementing IMT training plans. Act as the lead in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Previous experience in the relevant area is required. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Strong communication skills to engage with all organizational levels. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and MP2 is advantageous. Experience in a team-based environment is preferred. Education & Experience: A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
