Overview: GotWorX Staffing is hiring an experienced Import/Export Customer Service Representative for a trusted client in Commerce, CA. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage order processing and shipment coordination Track and trace shipments from origin to destination Ensure all import/export documentation is complete and compliant with regulations Enter and update order details accurately into internal systems Work with logistics providers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries Proactively resolve any issues related to customs or transportation delays Qualifications: Previous experience in import/export customer service or logistics preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with shipping documentation and regulations is a plus Ability to multi-task and work independently in a deadline-driven environment
