Lead Management: Diligently follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels to convert them into satisfied clients.
Policy Quoting: Provide accurate and timely insurance quotes to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding of policy terms and conditions.
Account Management: Maintain and manage existing client accounts, offering exceptional customer service and support.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services.
Market Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services to potential clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess an active Florida Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Customer Service: Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
Self-Motivated: Must be able to work independently and meet sales targets.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and virtual communication tools.
