Your Key Responsibilities: Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders. Utilize various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, to provide effective treatment. Continuously monitor and track treatment responses, assessing changes in clinical symptoms and any side effects. Ensure all electronic medical records and clinical documentation meet regulatory compliance and are accurately maintained. Active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) in the state of Florida. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of post-master's experience providing behavioral health services. Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficient in using technology for communication and medical documentation, including Excel and EHR systems. Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment. The salary range for this position is $53,800 to $114,300 annually for full-time employment. Pay will be based on various factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
