*Your Role:* Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems. Present and close repair or replacement options. Educate customers and offer maintenance agreements. Use ServiceTitan to document work and collaborate with dispatch and install teams. Represent us with professionalism and integrity.

*We’re Looking For Someone Who:* Has 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience Excels at diagnostics and confident in communicating solutions Has a valid driver’s license and clean MVR Knows how to build trust and close sales Is familiar with ServiceTitan (a plus)
