What You’ll Be Doing
Provide phone-based troubleshooting for contractors, installers, and end-users to get units up and running.
Offer technical guidance and product expertise to sales reps and distributors.
Log warranty details and thorough notes for each unit you assist.
Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution.
Respond to product inquiries and troubleshooting requests via email.
Collaborate with your tech team on high-priority cases.
Support non-English speakers or join our Spanish call queue if bilingual.

What You Bring
2+ years of hands-on HVAC troubleshooting or technical support experience.
1+ year of customer service or phone support.
Strong communication skills—you can explain complex tech in simple terms.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and basic Office tools.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bonus Points For
HVAC certification or formal training.
Experience with tankless water heater systems.
Call center or remote support experience.
Bilingual in Spanish, French, Mandarin, or Korean.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.65 - $22.00/hr.
