As a HVAC Controls Lead Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC control systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and youll work out of our location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of HVAC systems, contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of technicians in the installation and servicing of HVAC control systems.
• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting of HVAC control systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support for complex HVAC control issues, both remotely and on-site.
• Strong controller level programming and networking skills.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC controls installation and service.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC control systems and relevant codes.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to HVAC controls.
• Experience with safety protocols and practices in HVAC service environments.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in a leadership role within the HVAC controls industry.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Niagara Tridium certification.
