We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy HR Marketing Assistant/Intern to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, has an eye for design, and knows how to make social media pop. You'll work closely with our CEO, HR, Payroll, and Client teams to create engaging, on-brand visuals, manage online platforms, and support marketing campaigns. We operate M-F 8:30-5:30 and sometimes on the weekends (for our restaurant clients).

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Create and edit visual content for social media, email campaigns, and digital ads using *Canva* and *CapCut* * Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for *TikTok* and Instagram * Assist with social media management, including Instagram & LinkedIn ad setup and performance tracking * Design and update marketing materials, event flyers, and graphics * Manage and update company domains and website content (GoDaddy experience a plus) * Build and send email campaigns using *Constant Contact* * Support marketing projects, content calendars, and asset organization in Google Docs/Drive * *Travel to multiple locations to film content as directed by the CMO* * Collaborate with the team on creative concepts and campaign execution * Attend and Support Company and or Community Events to Promote our brands * All other duties as assigned by the CEO

*Required Skills & Tools:*

* *Must-have:* Canva, CapCut, TikTok proficiency, Google Docs/Drive, portfolio of content & graphic design work * *Plus:* Blaze, GoDaddy, Constant Contact, Instagram & LinkedIn ads experience * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Excellent communication and organizational skills
