HR Assistant
LHH Recruitment is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the human resources department of a reputable company based in Tempe, AZ. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a passion for HR processes, and experience handling I-9 documentation. After a successful training period, this position transitions to a hybrid schedule. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with onboarding processes, including I-9 verification and compliance Maintain employee records and update HR databases Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications Perform general administrative tasks to support the HR team Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Must have experience with I-9 verification and compliance Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bilingual in Spanish preferred Interested? Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
