Requirements:
Must possess a valid Driver's License
Able to work weekends and holidays
Able to pass a clear background screening
Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Position Overview:
The Housekeeping Support Staff assists Supervisors and Housekeepers in meeting quality and timeliness standards. A Housekeeping Support Staff member ensures adherence to the company mission statement and values.
Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Maintain high standards of excellence.
Stock and organize storage closets for cleanliness.
Assist in stripping units of soiled linens as directed.
Remove soiled linens and trash from units.
Create linen and supply bags as instructed.
Deliver linen and supply bags to units.
Check assigned buildings or floors for linen, trash, or equipment.
Report maintenance issues in units as per company procedure.
Notify Executive Housekeeper of lost and found items.
Move furniture as directed.
Operate company vehicles and ensure necessary maintenance.
Maintain a safe working environment at each site and office.
Perform all duties related to site operation as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
Ensure units are turned on time by maintaining a sense of urgency.
Be prompt with all assignments and appointments.
Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
Assist in linen inventories and supply management as instructed.
Resolve guest complaints promptly.
Establish strong, positive customer relations.
Willing to assist resort guests and owners.
Make guest deliveries as instructed.
Have knowledge of the resort.
Experience and Education Requirements:
Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
Ability to make decisions independently
Planning and scheduling capabilities
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
Demonstrated punctuality with all assignments
A passion for cleanliness
Strong work ethic
Ability to learn and adapt to new behaviors
Work irregular hours
Rare travel may be required
