As a Housekeeper, you will: Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operation. Qualifications
Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions, including carrying machines through the resort Floor Care experience required Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace. Except where prohibited by law, applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for positions at Westgate Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
