Do you love transforming spaces into spotlessly clean sanctuaries? We’re hiring a professional housekeeper to help us ensure our hotel guests have a wonderful stay with us. You’ll perform basic cleaning duties like making beds, washing sheets, mopping, dusting, and ironing; you’ll also restock supplies and make sure restrooms and common areas are clean and orderly. Job seekers should be personable, organized, and enjoy working on a team.

Compensation: $17 hourly to start, with opportunity for advancement Compensation: $17 hourly to start Responsibilities: Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby

Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel’s standards prior to guest arrival

Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms, and do other cleaning duties as assigned

Respond to general inquiries from guests

Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed

Qualifications: Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification

Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products

1+ years as a professional housekeeper or similar position

Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills

About Company Hotel Sutter is a historical building located in the heart of downtown Sutter Creek. We have a restaurant serving indoors, on our balcony, as well as out front on our Pallet Cafe. We have 2 bars, one located in our lobby and another downstairs known as our Copper Room. We also have a fully functioning 21-room hotel on our 2nd and 3rd floors.
