What You'll do: Provides clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to ensure operational excellence and improve team member performance Adjusts team member daily as necessary to meet business needs Manage labor and food cost) Ensures team and guest safety by following operational policies and procedures (e.g., knife handling standards, food safety guidelines) Provides feedback to the management team on performance during shift Assists with new team member training by leveraging company training tools Creates a positive work environment in line with Lou's mission and values Communicates opportunities and other information to store leadership Communicates store goals + focuses Executes store operations and operational tools during scheduled shifts Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned Runs shifts in absence of General Manager What You need: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong people skills with a desire to serve our Lou's team members Strong commitment to superior hospitality Ability to manage team members behavioral and performance issues Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility Willingness to learn and grow in position Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required) Kitchen: 1 year (Required) Leadership experience: 1 year (Required)
