Salary
$19–$28/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
Your day involves pharmacy fulfillment, including assisting with sterile compounding (IV antibiotics, hydration solutions, TPNs), labeling, cleanroom logs, and environmental monitoring.
You’ll receive, stock, and rotate inventory, coordinate outbound shipping and delivery logistics, and ensure proper packaging and documentation for all deliveries—including lifting up to 50 lbs as part of shipping coordination.
You’ll work closely with the pharmacist, who’s ready to teach the cleanroom and sterile compounding side—so come in ready to learn, but already comfortable with core pharmacy tech responsibilities.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license required.
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred.
Must have 3+ years as a pharmacy technician with sterile compounding experience.
Proficiency with pharmacy software (CPR+, TherigySTM, or similar) strongly preferred, but not required.
Ability to lift 50lbs and support shipping/receiving operations.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
Great computer skills and demonstration of discipline and capacity as evidenced by an advanced/ higher degree.
Strong job tenure is important.
