Benefits of a Home Health Registered Nurse with Right at Home: Set your schedule to work around your kids, school, hobbies, etc. Health insurance available after 60 days of employment based on 30 hr work week. Responsibilities of a Home Health Registered Nurse with Right at Home: Provide excellent nursing care to patients in their home. Supervise home health aides with nurse delegation instruction. Conduct initial patient and home safety assessments. Provide care coordination between other health disciplines related to your patient's care. Communicate effectively with referral sources and in a timely manner. Complete accurate clinical documentation. Requirements for a Home Health Registered Nurse with Right at Home: Currently licensed and in good standing. Meets the health requirements for employees providing direct patient care. Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job. Current CPR Certification. Have a valid driver's license and an insured automobile and the ability to travel within our service area which is a 45-minute radius of Des Moines. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Compensation: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
