Clinical Supervisor The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for directing the clinical activities of assigned clinicians at a company location; planning clinical services to clients and conferring with employee to ensure services are provided at quality levels consistent with professional standards of practice. The position reports to the Area Manager, and is qualified to act as the Area Manager in a short term absence.
This is a full time in-office position, Monday - Friday with an on-call rotation.

Major responsibilities include reflecting the company's mission and values in developing and maintaining professional working relationships, ensuring client care is delivered according to established guidelines, managing daily clinical operations, planning and directing client care services, mentoring and supervising staff, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, supervision, evaluation, training, assignment, and discharge of staff, providing oversight and guidance on communicable disease management, monitoring and evaluating client care and outcome data, demonstrating leadership, reviewing clinical record documentation, communicating and coordinating clinical care needs, leading multidisciplinary team in clinical meetings and case conferences, participating in the after-hours on-call process, and developing and maintaining a positive relationship with referral sources.
Physical/environmental demands include client care provided in individual client homes and may require transfers and lifting with adaptive equipment, adaptability to a variety of environments and community settings, driving or using public transportation in all types of weather, and office work requiring frequent sitting, standing, bending, and stretching.
Qualifications include currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Minnesota, proof of negative TB testing, access to a dependable automobile, a valid driver's license and proof of current car insurance, U.S. Citizenship or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit, disclosure of any conviction and criminal history records pertaining to any crime related to the provision of health services, passing initial and ongoing background studies and screenings, and having at least two (2) years' experience in a health care facility or home care field.
Skills and experience include critical thinking skills, the ability to follow standards and procedures, make appropriate clinical judgments, work independently, adapt to change, manage a variety of assignments, build and maintain professional relationships, excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal communication and teaching skills, basic computer skills, experience with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Outlook, and current CPR certification highly recommended.
Adara Home Health, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $83,000 - $100,000 per year. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
