• Location: Hayward, Ca.
  
• Work Type: Travel, 13 week assignment.
• Pay: $47 - $53 / hour.
• Schedule: Tues - Sat or Wed - Sunday.
• Home health experience preferred.
• GWW hours - based on completed visits:
  • 25 visits = 40 hours.
    

• Active Ca license (will accept pending Ca license, application prior to submission).
• BLS.
• Covid vaccine & booster/exemption.
• Oasis experience.
