Responsibilities:

Provide health care services in clients' residences

Perform domestic and household tasks

Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or the hospital

Assist with client's personal care activities

Assist patients with mobility

Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.

Requirements:

NYS PCA or HHA Certificate from a Department of Health Approved training School
