Primary service areas:  Aurora, Garrettsville, Hiram, Hudson, Kent, Macedonia, Mantua, Northfield, Ravenna, Reminderville, Rootstown, Sagamore Hills, Streetsboro, Twinsburg, and Windham

Services You'll Provide:
Personal Care Services:
Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming
Helping with eating and meal management
Supporting clients with household management and personal affairs
Assisting with self-administration of medications (not dispensing)
Providing essential housekeeping for client health and welfare
Performing additional activities of daily living (ADLs) as specified in the client's individualized care plan
Homemaking Services:
Meal planning and preparation
Grocery purchase planning and shopping assistance
Laundry services (folding, ironing, putting away)
House cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom care
Changing bed linens and maintaining a clean living environment
Providing respite services for the client's regular caregiver
Completing other homemaking tasks as outlined in the client's care plan
Important Work Guidelines:
Weight lifting restriction of 25 lbs maximum
No medication dispensing or administration
Services provided only when client is home
No driving clients in any vehicle
No medical procedures or treatments
Professional boundaries maintained (no sharing personal contact information)
All care provided will be supervised by nursing staff
Physical Requirements:
Ability to access homes that may not be wheelchair accessible
Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and physical dexterity for client care
May need to assist with client mobility (using proper techniques and equipment)
Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds
Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
Requirements:
Active Ohio STNA License
Valid Driver's License
Current Auto Insurance
Reliable Personal Vehicle

This role involves in-person care and flexible scheduling options, including possible holiday, weekend, or rotating schedules. While holiday shifts are available, you can request time off.
