Relationship Building : Ability to forge connections with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Emotional Intelligence : Managing one's emotions and empathizing with customers to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving : Thinking on one's feet and providing tailored solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Attention to Detail : Noticing and attending to the finer points of products and customer needs, ensuring bespoke and thoughtful interactions.
Consumer Service Skills : Exceptional service skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
Proactive Sales Experience : Successful experience in conducting proactive sales of premium or luxury goods, preferably in audio/video categories.
CRM and Pipeline Management : Experience working with CRM systems and knowledge of sales pipeline management.
Language Proficiency : Fluent in Italian and English.
Qualifications and skills:
Relevant working experience in similar positions will be considered as an advantage
Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, audio and video systems is a plus
Experience is selling premium or luxury goods
Fluent Italian & English
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, proactive sales approach
Self-motivated and result-oriented
