Monitor and manage food inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure the kitchen is fully stocked.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Assist in developing and updating menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with safety and quality standards, including proper handling, cooking, and storage.
