Grill Cook Position Epicurean Group is hiring immediately for a full-time and part-time Grill Cook position. Location: Academy of Art Sutter - 620 Sutter Street, San Francisco, CA 94102. Requirement: Must have a valid Food Handler's card. 2 to 3 years of previous grill cooking experience is preferred. Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour. Job Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with current applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure high-quality food service is provided. Essential duties and responsibilities include: taking orders from customers and preparing items requiring short preparation, serving customers in an efficient, friendly manner, using approved recipes and production standards, carrying pans, kettles and trays of food, storing foods in designated areas, cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils, resolving customer concerns, attending in-service and safety meetings, maintaining good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers, performing job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment, and performing other duties as assigned.
