You will practice safe food handling and keep the kitchen clean. You will work with the dietary manager to plan meals. You will keep up to date on nutritional knowledge. Requirements: Cook Qualifications : Completed coursework and training in foods. Food handlers certificate required. At least 1 year of food service experience required. A commitment to continued education in food related knowledge. Prompt and regular attendance.
