POSITION SUMMARY: As a Golf Retail Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your enthusiasm for helping, comprehensive product knowledge, high standards of execution, and the ability to prioritize will ensure success in this position. Welcome and engage customers by proactively identifying their needs and enhancing their shopping experience.

Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, pricing updates, and inventory presentation protocols.

Encourage participation in company programs including customer loyalty initiatives, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.

Follow established safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures, while maintaining confidentiality of all company information.

Create a welcoming store atmosphere where every teammate and customer feels safe and respected.

Adopt a collaborative approach by supporting team needs throughout the store.

Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS: Preferred retail experience.

Preferred experience in the golf industry.

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs.

Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 4 hours at a time.

Capable of performing repetitive motions for intervals of up to 2 hours continuously.
